We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Staff Nurse – Ward to provide high-quality patient care and support the effective functioning of the ward.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, or Post B.Sc. Nursing.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of ward nursing experience.
- Registration: Valid Kerala Nursing Council Registration is mandatory.
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient management skills.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent clinical assessment and emergency care knowledge.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview
