Digital Marketing Manager
Experience: 7+ Years
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead a team of 25+ employee. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SEO, Performance Marketing, Content Strategy, Social Media Management, and Paid Advertising across Google and Meta platforms. The candidate should have a proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and driving measurable business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage monthly advertising budgets of ₹15+ Lakhs on Google Ads and ₹10+ Lakhs on Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
- Implement data-driven strategies to maximize lead generation and revenue growth.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
- Manage on-page, off-page, and local SEO initiatives.
- Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices.
Content Marketing
- Develop content strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and user engagement.
Social Media Management
- Create and execute social media strategies across major platforms.
- Manage content calendars, community engagement, and brand reputation.
- Analyze social media performance and implement improvements to increase reach and engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other tools to track performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Identify opportunities for growth and optimization across all digital channels.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor digital marketing executives, content writers, designers, and external agencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Content Marketing, and Social Media Management.
- Experience managing ad budgets of ₹15+ Lakhs on Google and ₹10+ Lakhs on Meta.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Excellent content planning and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in lead generation and performance-driven marketing campaigns.
