About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a strong technical background in IT services.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can "talk technology" with CTOs and IT managers. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals for our core technical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for our core IT services: Custom Application Development, Enterprise Architecture Consulting, Data Analytics and AI.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients and key technical decision-makers.
- Lead technical discovery meetings to deeply understand client needs and business challenges.
- Design and present tailored IT solutions and proposals that align with client goals.
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with our internal technical teams to ensure smooth project hand-off and solution delivery.
- Track sales activities and provide regular reports on the sales pipeline.
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Required Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in a client-facing, business development, or technical sales role specifically within the IT services industry.
- Technical Background: You must have direct experience selling or working with one or more of the following:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding sales targets for tech solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Language: Full professional fluency in English (required).

Benefits:
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kochi, Kozhikode, Kannur (Kerala)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
