Senior Telecaller – Real Estate

Job Summary
Which Floor Realty is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in telecalling or real estate sales, and the ability to build relationships with prospective clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying customer requirements, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided databases.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with potential buyers and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist junior telecallers by sharing best practices and maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or the local language.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales or lead generation targets.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).
