We are looking for a mature, confident, presentable, and well-spoken Inside Sales Specialist who is also comfortable discussing and selling tour packages.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Confident, professional, and presentable personality.
- Mature and customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable handling customer interactions related to tours and travel.
- Strong sales and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer enquiries while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Make cold calls and follow-up calls to convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Respond promptly and professionally to sales enquiries via phone and email.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable tour and travel options.
- Follow up with prospective customers to achieve sales targets and conversions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
