Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, plumbing leaks, and A/C equipment issues.
- Install, maintain, and replace electrical fixtures, water supply lines, drainage systems, pumps, and A/C units.
- Monitor the performance of HVAC systems and ensure optimal operation.
- Attend maintenance complaints and emergency breakdowns promptly.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify potential maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital maintenance protocols.
- Maintain maintenance records and report completed work to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with other departments to complete maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
- Perform any other maintenance-related duties assigned by the management.
