Kris Gethin Gyms is looking for a Social Media Growth Executive who thrives in fast-moving environments and is excited to build a brand's digital presence from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow corporate social media accounts.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content.
- Write captions, scripts, and content ideas using AI tools.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to improve creative quality.
- Analyze content performance and continuously improve engagement.
- Create content templates and basic social media guidelines for franchise partners.
- Take ownership of execution and maintain consistent posting schedules.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital content creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major social platforms.
- Regular user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar for content creation and workflow improvement.
- Experience working in startups, agencies, freelance projects, or fast-paced environments is preferred.
- Strong written communication skills and creative thinking.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Portfolio or links to social media pages/content you've managed are highly preferred.
