Title : Production Supervisor
Experience : 3-5Yrs of experience in Steel OR sheet metal industry
Location : Palghar ,Mumbai
Job Description:
· Daily production planning and manpower allocation.
· Supervise blanking, deep drawing, trimming, rolling, polishing, laser marking, washing and packing.
· Monitor hourly, shift-wise and daily production targets.
· Maximize machine utilization and minimize downtime.
· Conduct in-process quality inspections and coordinate with QC.
· Maintain production, downtime, rejection and tool registers.
· Analyze and reduce rejection and rework.
· Coordinate tool room and maintenance.
· Ensure material availability and inventory control.
· Implement PPE, safety and 5S.
· Drive productivity and continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
