*Key Responsibilities*
* Install and configure AV systems (projectors, displays, speakers, microphones, VC systems)
* Perform wiring, cabling, and equipment mounting at client locations
* Troubleshoot AV hardware/software issues and provide quick resolutions
* Support video conferencing systems and collaboration tools
* Conduct site surveys and assist in AV setup planning
* Ensure installations comply with industry standards and company guidelines
* Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients
* Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and timelines
* Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of AV systems
*Required Skills*
* Basic knowledge of audio-visual equipment and signal flow
* Understanding of video conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
* Hands-on experience with wiring, networking basics, and hardware setup
* Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Good communication and client-handling ability
* Ability to travel for site installations
*Preferred Qualifications*
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electronics, IT, or related field
Certification in AV technologies (added advantage)
Experience in corporate AV setup (conference rooms, boardrooms, etc.)
