Key Responsibilities
- Doctor & Clinic Empathetic Outreach: Regularly visit general practitioners (GPs), private clinics, nursing homes, and consultant specialists in the target territory to promote Novaneo Hospital's specialties (including General Medicine, Mental Health, and Oncology Day Care).
- Referral Network Building: Establish, grow, and maintain a robust network of medical professionals to drive cross-referrals and inpatient/outpatient footfall.
- B2B & Corporate Tie-ups: Pitch corporate health check-up packages, diagnostic camps, and institutional healthcare programs to local businesses, communities, and RWAs.
- Service Presentation: Effectively communicate the hospital’s USP, infrastructure capabilities, specialist doctor availability, emergency care, and affordable pricing structures to medical practitioners.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track competitor activities, market trends, and referral patterns. Maintain detailed daily call reports (DCR) and target tracking metrics for management reviews.
- CME and Health Camp Coordination: Assist in organizing Continuing Medical Education (CME) seminars, doctor-connect meets, and free community health screening camps to enhance the hospital’s reputation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate degree (B.Sc, B.Pharma, D.Pharma, B.Com or BBA/MBA in Marketing are highly preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative (MR) in a pharmaceutical company, diagnostic lab, or multi-specialty hospital.
- Strong scientific/medical terminology understanding to confidently engage with senior doctors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills in Hindi and English.
- High level of discipline, persistence, and target-driven mindset.
- Travel Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for intensive daily field travel across North-West Delhi.
