Job Title: MIS Executive
Location: Jaipur
Reports to: Business Controller Department: Finance / Business Controlling
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1 year of experience inMIS/Finance/Business Analysis.
- Knowledge of accounting principles is an added plus.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to support the Business Controller/Finance team with data reporting, financial analysis, and dashboard management. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial data, preparing performance reports, and supporting decision-making through structured MIS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and consolidate financial and operational data from various business units.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Business Controller team.
- Assist in analysing key financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, occupancy, ADR, GOP, variances, etc.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate datasets.
- Monitor performance dashboards and highlight deviations/irregularities.
- Maintain databases for revenue, costs, payroll, and vendor payments.
- Assist in preparing presentations for management reviews.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Accounts teams to gather relevant financial inputs.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data at all times.
- Support the implementation of automation tools and improvements in reporting processes
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic financial formulas).
- Basic understanding of financial statements and business performance metrics.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to meet timelines and manage multiple reports.
- Knowledge of Power BI/Google Data Studio (advantage).
