About the Role
We are looking for a warm, caring, and attentive babysitter to join our daycare team. The role involves supervising and assisting toddlers and kindergarten children with daily routines and ensuring their safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise children during daycare hours and playtime.
- Assist children with feeding, toileting, and handwashing.
- Comfort children during nap time and ensure a safe, calm environment.
- Engage children in simple play, stories, or activities under teacher guidance.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the daycare area.
- Build a caring and trusting relationship with children.
Skills & Qualities Required
- Patient, caring, and child-friendly personality.
- Ability to handle toddlers with love and attentiveness.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Experience in childcare/babysitting preferred but not mandatory.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday (Daycare hours).
- Flexible to support during special programs or celebrations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
