Prajapati NexaTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an AI Operations Manager to handle and manage our company AI platform, Prajapati NexaTech AI. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing AI users, checking platform activity, handling customer queries, monitoring AI performance, managing activation requests, and supporting business productivity through our AI system.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Prajapati NexaTech AI user accounts and activation requests
- Monitor AI platform usage and report issues
- Handle customer support related to AI access, login, payment, and subscription
- Check Razorpay payment confirmations and coordinate account activation
- Test AI chat, search, image, voice, file, and automation features
- Report bugs, errors, and user complaints to the technical team
- Maintain daily work reports and user records
- Help improve customer experience and AI platform workflow
- Coordinate with admin and technical team for updates
Required Skills:
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
- Basic understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT/Gemini is preferred
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, Gmail, and online dashboards
- Responsible, honest, and disciplined work attitude
- Freshers can also apply if they are willing to learn
Qualification:
- 12th pass / Graduate / Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply
- Basic English and Hindi communication required
- AI tools knowledge will be an advantage
