Job Summary
We are looking for a Guest Service Associate to provide excellent customer service and support daily operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Support day-to-day operational activities.
- Assist with customer coordination and service delivery.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain service standards and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Coordinate with team members to support smooth operations.
- Complete assigned administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
