Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities: -
• Working knowledge on NX with variuos versions
- Knowledge on Solid, Surface, Reverse Engg, MCD, GD&T, Large Assembly etc
- Providing Pre/Post-sales support for Siemens portfolio; working within a team providing telephone and remote technical support to engineering companies so excellent communication and troubleshooting skills and the ability to follow through are essential.

- Interact with engineers to comprehend their requirements and offer relevant solutions depending on the software product suite.
- Independently pinpoint and design a plan of action to facilitate client fulfilment.
- Interact with users to make sure that customer business objectives are met.
- Develop proof of concept models that are applicable to the industry.
- Giving prospective clients tours of a software suite of goods and solutions.
- Hold training sessions to assist both current and potential consumers.
- Supporting customers and internal team with technical queries face to face, by telephone and via email.
- Providing support in installation and renewal of software and AMC.
- Participation in Company projects as and when required.
- Carry out any other responsibility within your capabilities that are relevant to the job and reasonably requested of you by your manager.
