Job Description:
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Scrum collaboration – Work closely with the Scrum team and development engineers to deliver a high-quality video product.
- System test case development – Create and execute system test cases based on user stories defined by the PO.
- End-user scenario validation – Understand end-user workflows, contribute to requirement/design reviews, and ensure product usability.
- Acceptance criteria verification – Define and validate acceptance criteria, develop test cases, and verify product/system compliance.
- Automation scripting – Develop and maintain automation test scripts for stories; leverage them during regression to reduce cycle time and improve quality.
- Continuous integration support – Actively support CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with the development team.
- Release quality monitoring – Track release quality metrics and provide unbiased product quality reports to stakeholders for informed release decisions.
Technical Skills
- CCTV product knowledge – Strong understanding of cameras, recorders, and video management systems.
- Installation expertise – Hands-on experience with installation and configuration of CCTV products.
- Networking basics – Solid knowledge of IP networking fundamentals.
- Agile & SDLC/STLC – Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software testing life cycle processes.
- Test management tools – Exposure to defect tracking, performance testing, and test management platforms.
- Application testing – Experience with desktop, mobile, and web application testing.
- ATDD exposure – Knowledge of Acceptance Test Driven Development practices.
- Automation scripting – Hands-on experience developing automation scripts using AI models, Selenium, NUnit, OR Python.
- Performance testing – Prior experience in performance and capacity testing of video applications is a plus.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
