Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage all phases of construction projects. Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Manage procurement of materials and equipment. Handle site issues, risks, and delays effectively. Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports. Ensure proper documentation and approvals throughout the project lifecycle. Control costs and manage project financials. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. minimun 5years of experience in construction high rise project management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and requlations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
