About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. The intern will work closely with the HR team and support various functions including Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, Onboarding, and HR Administration. This internship offers practical exposure to end-to-end HR processes and an opportunity to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
HR Operations
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Update HR databases and employee information systems.
- Support attendance and leave management activities.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support Rewards & Recognition initiatives.
- Coordinate employee communication and internal announcements.
- Gather employee feedback and engagement data.
HR Administration
- Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain confidential employee records.
- Support policy documentation and compliance activities.
- Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or completed MBA (HR), BBA, BBM, MSW, or any related degree.
- Freshers and final-year students are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in HR.
