Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relations and ensure an exceptional patient experience throughout the client journey.
- Coordinate appointments, scheduling, and doctors’ calendars efficiently.
- Maintain high service standards and ensure compliance with clinic protocols and quality benchmarks.
- Assist in team supervision, training, and day-to-day staff management.
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and financial transactions effectively.
- Support marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and client review management.
- Drive sales performance and contribute towards clinic revenue targets.
- Prepare and submit daily operational and performance reports.

- Prior experience in the aesthetics or healthcare sector is an added advantage.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
