Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused System Administrator – End User Support professional with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in providing technical support to end users, managing IT systems, resolving incidents through ticketing tools, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and possess strong communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users across hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Handle user requests, incidents, and service tickets through ticketing tools.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
- Diagnose and resolve operating system and application issues.
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain documentation for incidents, resolutions, and IT processes.
- Ensure timely closure of tickets as per SLA standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and service improvements.
- Support shift-based operations and maintain service availability.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in System Administration / End User Support
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Experience working with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, Zendesk, or similar)
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Active Directory
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and customer support skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ready to work in rotational shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications such as MCSA, CompTIA A+, ITIL will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
