Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in travel, hospitality, or service industry
- Proven experience in campaign management & lead generation
Salary Range: 75k to 1 LPM
Roles:
- Plan & execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and qualified leads
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital & offline) from ideation to execution
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, social media) & organic channels (SEO, content)
- Develop engaging website/blog content to attract and convert target audience
- Handle social media, email marketing, and performance marketing initiatives
- Build partnerships with agencies, vendors, and industry stakeholders
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets effectively
- Oversee branding, creatives, and marketing collateral
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
- Analyze customer behavior and refine campaigns accordingly
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Certifications in Digital Marketing preferred
