Online Sales Manager / Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Location: Karipur, Kondotty (Near Calicut International Airport)
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM software.
- Positive attitude with strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
