Job Title: Purchase Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Purchase raw materials and hardware for aluminium & uPVC windows.
- Obtain quotations and compare prices from multiple vendors.
- Negotiate rates, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with suppliers.
- Coordinate with production and stores for material requirements.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor database.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Experience in the aluminium, uPVC, hardware, or building materials industry is preferred.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
