Profile Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their parents through the admission process. You will provide accurate information about programs, courses, and policies, while promoting the organization’s educational offerings. Your role is key to ensuring a positive experience for prospective students and supporting the growth of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents, providing timely and accurate information
- Assist students with the admission process, including application submission, document verification, and enrollment
- Conduct counselling sessions, both in-person and online, to help students make informed decisions
- Promote the institution’s programs and courses to prospective students
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to support outreach campaigns and enrollment targets
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversion into enrollments
- Attend education fairs, webinars, and events to represent the institution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; education/commerce preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Candidates with experience will be an advantage
- Freshers with great communication
