Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and fluent English-speaking HR & Sales Executive who can manage HR responsibilities, coordinate office operations, build strong client relationships, and generate sales by selling exhibition space.
Key Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment and onboarding of office staff
- Maintain employee records and attendance
- Support internal office coordination
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Sales & Client Relationship Responsibilities:
- Call potential clients and introduce exhibition opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Sell exhibition stall/space to exhibitors
- Follow up with existing and new clients
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate with clients regarding stall booking, payments, and documentation
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales, tele-calling, or exhibition industry preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to generate leads and close sales
- Professional attitude and positive personality

Salary:
As per industry standards + Incentives on sales.
