Position Title: Academic Coordinator_Head Office

Position Summary:
The Sr. Academic Coordinator is responsible for driving academic excellence, curriculum implementation, and operational consistency across all FOFO and COCO branches. The role involves monitoring academic delivery, strengthening educator performance, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to Head Office guidelines, thereby enabling a high-quality and consistent learning experience for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Implementation, Monitoring & Compliance:
- Ensure effective and consistent implementation of curriculum and WSM across all branches.
- Monitor execution of lesson plans, assessments, and competitions as per defined timelines.
- Review classroom practices and provide structured feedback to branches.
- Ensure all events and celebrations align with HO guidelines and desired learning outcomes.
- Analyze student learning outcomes and highlight improvement areas.
- Academic Monitoring, Assessment Tracking & Branch Performance:
- Monitor classroom delivery, educator preparedness, and academic execution through audits, calls, and visits.
- Ensure timely updates of classwork, GCR, and completion of assessments.
- Track competition results and branch performance, ensuring benchmarks (75%+) are achieved.
- Maintain updated educator records and ensure timely data freezing post-assessment.Identify underperforming branches/educators and implement corrective action plans with the Academic Head.
- Educator Support, Training & Evaluation:
- Conduct training sessions including micro-teaching and curriculum-based workshops.
- Track educator participation, engagement, and attendance in training programs.
- Collect and analyze training feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular educator evaluations and ensure performance improvement.
- Maintain detailed performance records in the Performance Tracker.
- Academic & Operational Audits:
- Conduct monthly audits for assigned branches and quarterly audits for partner branches.
- Perform class-wise and section-wise audit calls to assess academic and operational effectiveness.
- Document and share audit findings with HO teams within defined timelines.
- Track and ensure closure of action points from audits.
- Escalate critical issues or negative feedback to the Academic Head.
- Educator & Staff Supervision / Branch Visits:
- Conduct regular branch visits as per the visit calendar.
- Observe educators and coordinators and record detailed feedback.
- Ensure adherence to academic standards, classroom readiness, and discipline.
- Share visit feedback within 24 hours.
- Partner Coordination & Query Resolution:
- Coordinate with partner branches to resolve academic and operational queries within 24 hours.
- Provide structured, data-driven feedback to improve branch performance.
- Ensure consistency in curriculum implementation across all branches.
- Maintain strong relationships to minimize escalations.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain and update key trackers (WWW Sheet, 2A Sheet, Performance Tracker).
- Ensure timely submission of monthly reports and updates.
- Present weekly summaries of branch visits and audit findings.
- Escalate any deviations or red flags to management promptly.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or related field
- 3 - 4+ years of experience in academic coordination / school operations / training
- Experience in multi-branch or franchise school setups preferred
