Essential Qualifications:
-Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Law (3 or 5 year course) from a recognized University
- drafting, research, and advocacy skills
- Proficiency in online filings both district and High Court
Nature of Work:
Drafting pleadings, applications, replies,
Conducting legal research and preparing briefs
Appearing before District Courts, High Courts, and Tribunals (as and when required)
Assisting in client meetings and case management
Remuneration: unpaid/ stipend based on performance
