- Billing & Invoicing: Processing sales invoices for two-wheelers, accessories, and spare parts. Generating receipts and delivery notes.
- Day-to-Day Accounting: Managing cash flow, petty cash, and daily bank deposits.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Tracking dealer payouts, vendor payments for spare parts, and following up on customer EMI or down-payment balances.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling dealership bank statements with account ledgers daily or weekly.
- Inventory Management: Verifying the physical count of bikes in the showroom against the books.
- Statutory Compliance: Calculating and filing GST and TDS for dealership expenses.
- MIS Reporting: Generating daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for the Dealer Principal or General Manager.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
