We are looking for a responsible and proactive Female Resident Warden to manage our Ladies PG located in Siruseri, Chennai. This is a mandatory live-in position ideal for individuals who excel at administrative management, conflict resolution, and ensuring a safe, hospitable environment for working professionals and students.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and cleanliness of the hostel premises.Enforce rules and regulations to maintain security and decorum.Manage room allocations, tenant check-ins, and check-outs.Coordinate with third-party vendors (housekeeping, food catering, plumbing, electrical).Act as the primary point of contact for tenant issues, grievances, and emergency situations.Requirements & Qualifications:Gender: Female candidate only (Mandatory for live-in status).Languages: Must be fully fluent in Tamil (to manage local staff and vendors) and possess conversational English skills (to interact with multi-regional IT professionals and students).Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a hostel warden, matron, or residential supervisor is highly preferred.
