Salary
₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience, warehouse management skills & technical expertise)
Job Purpose
To manage warehouse operations efficiently by ensuring accurate inventory control, smooth logistics, timely stock movement, and MIS reporting while maintaining stock accuracy and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory.
- Ensure accurate inward, outward, stock transfer and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate logistics, transportation and timely dispatch of goods.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports using Advanced MS Excel.
- Monitor warehouse staff, stock handling and storage practices.
- Ensure proper documentation, GRN, dispatch and stock records.
- Maintain warehouse discipline, safety and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Warehouse/Inventory Management.
- Strong knowledge of Logistics, Inventory Control and Stock Handling.
- Excellent command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, Basic Formulas & Reporting).
- Good analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage warehouse operations independently.

Preferred Experience
