Head – Business Development (US Staffing)
Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh (Work From Office)
Experience:
- 8–12 years of experience in US Staffing Business Development.
- Proven track record in Direct Client acquisition and enterprise account growth.
Job Summary
Lead the Business Development function by driving revenue growth through Direct Client acquisition, Vendor partnerships, Contract Staffing, Permanent Hiring, and RPO services. The role requires a strategic leader with strong enterprise sales expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to build a scalable business development organization.
Mandatory Requirement
This role is intended for Business Development professional who already have enterprise Direct Client relationships and can onboard those clients with our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard enterprise Direct Clients while expanding strategic staffing partnerships across Contract Staffing, Permanent Hiring, and RPO.
- Leverage existing client relationships to secure vendor empanelments, generate new business opportunities, and grow strategic accounts.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle including client acquisition, proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, commercial negotiations, MSA/SOW execution, and account management.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Business Development team capable of independently acquiring and managing enterprise client accounts.
- Partner with Recruitment and Delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment, client satisfaction, and sustained revenue growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
- Strong understanding of US Staffing, employment models (W2, C2C & 1099), and enterprise procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Successfully acquired and onboarded high-value enterprise Direct Clients.
- Established relationships with Hiring Managers, Procurement, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Vendor Management teams.
- Built and scaled Business Development teams delivering consistent revenue growth.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
