The Associate Education Consultant supports the development and delivery of learning content for Model N's Ngage and Pendo products. Role requires strong technical fundamentals and communication skills who is eager to grow in instructional design and customer enablement. You will work closely with senior education consultants and product teams to create web-based learning resources, assist with customer learning sessions, and develop expertise in product education. This role provides structured mentorship and the opportunity to build foundational knowledge across multiple competency areas while contributing real value to our education strategy.
- Assist in designing, developing and testing in-app learning using Ngage/Pendo and Parta.io capabilities, utilizing instructional design best practices, and working with guidance from senior team members
- Support the creation of a range of interactive activities and in-app simulations that reinforce key product features and workflows, utilizing CX/UX design principles
- Collaborate with senior instructional designers, product managers, and technical resources to understand product enhancements and assist with creating and deploying in-app guidance for in-app learning.
- Participate in customer learning sessions as a technical facilitator, walking users through Ngage/Pendo functionality and best practices after ramping up on our tools and products
- Learn and apply web design and user experience (UX) principles to ensure learning content is intuitive, accessible, and engaging for diverse audiences
- Develop clear, compelling written content including learning guides, help documentation, and customer-facing communications that reflect strong writing and presentation skills
- Assist with troubleshooting customer and internal challenges with Ngage/Pendo functionality
- Assist in various administration tasks including CSP support, record-keeping, project tracking and customer interactions
- 1 -3 years of strong technical foundation with hands-on coding experience in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical audiences
- Experience or interest in web design and/or user experience (UX) design principles
- Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to work through defined problems using standard approaches with guidance
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with AI tools such as Claude
- Demonstrated ability to seek feedback, reflect on it, and apply it to improve your work
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, taking ownership of assigned work while remaining adaptable to feedback
- Willingness to take on diverse tasks and develop new skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, Design, or related field (recent graduate)
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience with agentic AI tools and awareness of how they can support learning, content creation, and productivity workflows
- Interest in or exposure to instructional design principles and eLearning development
- Familiarity with modern content creation tools such as Parta.io, Canva and Articulate 360
- Understanding of SaaS product workflows and B2B customer enablement models
