Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage customer interactions, generate new subscriptions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role involves handling both outbound and inbound communication while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Guide customers through the subscription process and assist in onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with interested prospects and ensure timely communication.
- Maintain records of customer interactions using Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns effectively.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
