Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to handle client leads, coordinate with designers and backend teams, prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and help close orders.
The candidate must have experience in printing and packaging, strong client communication skills, and the ability to work night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle assigned leads from inquiry to order closing.
- Communicate with clients through WhatsApp, email, and calls.
- Understand client requirements for packaging, printing, quantity, size, material, and branding.
- Coordinate with designers for mockups, artwork, and revisions.
- Coordinate with backend/pricing team for rates and product details.
- Prepare quotations based on pricing provided by backend team.
- Send designs, quotations, and updates to clients.
- Follow up regularly and close orders.
- Update CRM, Airtable, or Google Sheets with lead status and next follow-up.
- Share daily work reports with management.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination or client communication.
- Printing and packaging industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience in preparing or coordinating quotations.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Experience with CRM software, Airtable, or Google Sheets is mandatory.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads at the same time.
- Comfortable working 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST.
Preferred
- Experience in international sales or overseas client coordination.
- Experience in restaurant packaging, paper bags, cups, boxes, labels, sleeves, or food packaging.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
