- Responsible for team decisions.

- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional groups to align technical strategies with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong expertise in production planning processes and discrete manufacturing environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to optimize production workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to production planning and control systems.
- Excellent understanding of integration points between SAP PP and other enterprise systems.
