We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Freight Broker to join our logistics team. In this role, you will serve as the critical link between U.S.-based shippers and carriers, ensuring seamless freight movement, negotiating competitive rates, and maintaining strong business relationships. The ideal candidate combines sales acumen, operational coordination, and problem-solving skills to support timely and cost-effective transportation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source freight from U.S.-based shippers and assign appropriate carriers.
- Conduct outbound calls to shippers and carriers to negotiate rates and secure loads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and carriers, ensuring high service satisfaction.
- Monitor shipments proactively and resolve any delivery or service issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, updating internal systems consistently.
- Achieve and exceed performance, productivity, and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in freight brokerage, transportation, or logistics coordination is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of U.S. freight operations, DOT regulations, and carrier management is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
