About the Role
We are looking for experienced and results-driven Solar Sales Representatives with prior experience in the Australian Solar Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective customers, understanding their energy requirements, and promoting solar solutions through outbound and inbound sales interactions.
This is a work-from-home opportunity for candidates who have a proven track record in Australian solar sales and are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales inquiries and generate solar sales opportunities for Australian customers.
- Educate customers about solar products, benefits, pricing, and installation processes.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads to maximize conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on Australian solar market trends and government incentives.
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Australian Solar Sales.
- Prior experience in an Australian Voice Process is mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and conversions.
- Experience handling customer objections and closing sales effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
