Job Summary
Catalyst Education is hiring an experienced and highly motivated Team Leader to lead our EdTech sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in team management, achieving sales targets, and driving student admissions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Academic Counselors.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Monitor team performance and improve sales conversions.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure timely lead allocation and effective follow-up through CRM.
- Resolve student and parent queries professionally.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales performance reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Operations to maximize lead conversions.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
- Maintain a positive, target-driven, and collaborative work environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of EdTech sales experience.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading a sales or counseling team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
