Hiring: Sales & Marketing Specialist (Remote)
We are looking for an energetic and committed Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at South East Ocean.
Location: Remote / Work From Home
Experience: 0–2 Years
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary:
- First 3 Months Probation: ₹7,500/month
- After Probation: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000/month
- Additional Sales Closing Incentives Available
What You’ll Do:
- Cold calling and lead generation
- Software and educational course sales
- Client communication and follow-ups
- Sales pitch development and presentation
- Meta Ads basic management
- GTM (Go-To-Market) support
- SOP and process coordination
- Poster and short video creation (plus)
- Assist in marketing campaigns and branding
Required Skills:
- Fluent English communication (Mandatory)
- Hindi or Tamil speaking preferred
- Strong speaking and convincing skills
- Confident and energetic personality
- Basic understanding of AI / Gen AI tools is a plus
- Responsible, committed, and willing to grow long-term
