About the Role
- Vishram Management Group (VMG) is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, People Systems, Performance Management, and Organizational Development . This is a senior leadership role for a highly independent HR professional who can build scalable HR systems, drive recruitment excellence, enforce accountability, optimize workforce productivity, and implement best-in-class HR processes in a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, corporate, sales, retail, and operational roles.
- Develop hiring strategies to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
- Build talent pipelines and implement structured interview frameworks.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and headcount forecasting.
- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, leave management, performance reviews, payroll coordination, compliance, and offboarding.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and HR policy implementation.
- Ensure complete HR process compliance and documentation management.
Performance Management & Accountability
- Design and manage KPI, KRA, and OKR frameworks across departments.
- Drive a high-performance culture through structured performance reviews.
- Implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and manage underperformance professionally and create employee handbooks and policies for both the companies .
HR Systems, Automation & Analytics
- Administer and optimize HR technology platforms and automate workflows.
- Generate reports on hiring metrics, employee productivity, turnover, retention, and workforce performance.
- Continuously improve HR processes through automation and data-driven decision making.
- SOP Development & Organizational Excellence
- Develop HR SOPs, policies, employee handbooks, and process documentation.
- Standardize recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Build scalable HR infrastructure to support organizational growth.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Minimum 3+ years in as Senior HR Manager, Talent Leader, or Head of HR role.
- Proven experience managing remote teams and multi-department hiring.
- Strong background in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
- Experience hiring for Sales, Retail, Operations, Hospitality, Education, Immigration, or Service-based industries is highly preferred.
Mandatory Technical Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- Candidates must have hands-on administrative experience with:
- Zoho Recruit – ATS Administration, Hiring Pipelines, Workflow Automation, Blueprints
- Zoho People – Attendance, Leave Management, Performance Management, HRMS Configuration
- Zoho Payroll – Payroll Processing, Salary Structures, Compliance Management
- Applications without practical Zoho administration experience will not be considered.

Selection Process
- Round 1: HR Leadership Screening-Assessment of experience, leadership capabilities, recruitment expertise, and shift alignment.
- Round 2: Strategic HR Evaluation-Detailed discussion on talent management, performance systems, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Round 3: Zoho Technical Assessment-Practical evaluation of Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and Zoho Payroll administration capabilities.
Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
