Key Responsibilities
Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
- Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspection of all River electric scooters before handover.
- Ensure vehicles meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards.
- Verify vehicle condition, accessories, charging status, and documentation accuracy.
- Identify and report any defects or issues and coordinate rectification with service/technical teams.
- Maintain proper PDI checklists and records for every vehicle.
Vehicle Preparation & Handover Readiness
Delivery Coordination
Customer Delivery Experience
- Ensure customers are comfortable and confident with their new vehicle before handover.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer delivery standards.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with sales, service, and finance teams for seamless delivery operations.
- Report daily delivery status, pending PDIs, and readiness updates to management.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
