Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Client Billing and Subcontractor Billing
- Preparation and submission of Running Account (RA) Bills
- Quantity Reconciliation and Measurement Verification
- Coordination with Site Engineers and Accounts Department
- Preparation of Billing Reports and Documentation
- Verification of Work Executed as per BOQ and Contract Terms
- Maintaining Billing Records and Supporting Documents
- Follow-up for Bill Certification and Payment Processing
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Road Construction Billing
- Good understanding of BOQ, Rate Analysis, and Quantity Calculation
- Experience in Client & Contractor Billing
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Billing Documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
