Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in TAMIL NADU, for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will oversee the development and execution of marketing initiatives, perform market research, craft effective marketing strategies, and provide exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and supporting campaign-related activities to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively connect with team members and customers
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify trends and develop campaigns
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on creating positive client interactions
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced on-site work environment
- Analytical mindset to evaluate market trends and marketing performance
- Familiarity with the jewellery is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or any relevant qualification.
Roles & Responsibilities
MARKETING - JEWELLERY MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCED ONLY APPLY.
FIELD MARKETING IN NORTH LOCATION. LOOKING FOR A TAMIL NADU CANDIDATE.
1) MAKE A PLAN FOR THE FIELD TRIP AND DO RELATED PREPARATIONS, LIKE MAKING A LIST OF CLIENTS TO BE VISITED, SELECTION OF SL TO TAKE WITH, TOUR ROUTES, TICKET BOOKING, ETC.
2) DURING CLIENT MEETINGS, TAKE NOTE OF POINTS TO IMPROVE AND UNDERSTAND THE NEED FOR IMPROVEMENT IN OUR SERVICE, COORDINATION, QUALITY, REQUIREMENT OF CLIENT, MARKET TRENDS, ETC.
3) EXHIBITION PARTICIPATION AND PREPARATION
4) PREPARE MARKET ANALYSIS REPORT AFTER FIELD VISIT AND DISCUSS WITH HOD AND DIRECTOR ON THE VERY NEXT DAY.
5) BUILD A GOOD REPO WITH CLIENTS DURING FIELD VISITS AND OFFICE VISITS.
6) OTHER RELEVANT AND EMERGENCY KINDS OF WORK TO BE ASSIGNED BY YOUR SUPERIOR OR MANAGEMENT FROM TIME TO TIME.
