Key Responsibilities
● Maintain an updated database of all company properties.
● Identify buyers and tenants through brokers and online property portals such as MagicBricks.
● Search for land and industrial properties suited to company requirements; gather pricing details and verify ownership documentation.
● Coordinate and conduct site visits, and prepare property comparison reports for management review.
● Maintain regular follow-up with brokers.
● Visit project sites regularly and track actual construction progress against planned timelines.
● Coordinate with contractors, architects and consultants.
● Track property taxes, utility bills, and maintenance schedules.
● Manage property listings and bookings on Airbnb.
● Coordinate housekeeping and general property maintenance.
Skills & Requirements
● Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate sales, broking, or property management (mandatory).
● Working knowledge of online property portals (e.g. MagicBricks) — listing, selling, and renting properties.
● Experience managing property listings on Airbnb is an advantage.
● Basic understanding of construction site coordination and supervision.
● Good negotiation skills for property deals, and comfort preparing/reviewing rental agreements.
● Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable travelling locally (within approx. 25 km) for site visits and property searches.
● Self-driven and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Work Details
● Weekly off on a weekday; Sundays are working days to accommodate client visits and site inspections.
● Fixed monthly travel allowance and IT allowance provided.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
