Job Description:
Kamala Farms is looking for energetic and motivated Business Development Interns. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in direct market exposure, client interaction, sales activities, and on-ground business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients, vendors, and business locations for field sales activities
- Promote company products and services through offline marketing activities
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis in the field
- Support business expansion and brand visibility activities
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements and follow-ups
- Maintain records of daily field activities and client interactions
- Represent Kamala Farms professionally during meetings and events
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel and work in the field
- Passion for sales, marketing, and business development
- Self-motivated and confident in interacting with people
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
