Position Description:
We are looking for a .NET Full Stack Developer to work with a larger team in the application maintenance and application development space for a reputed North American Life Insurance client. The team consists of 100+ technical professionals supporting technologies such as Mainframe, Java, .NET, Sitecore, SharePoint, Informatica, and more.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using .NET technologies.
- Design and implement front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
- Use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Work independently with limited supervision.
- Provide design specifications and task estimates.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver within timelines.
- Learn new technologies based on project requirements.
- Follow Agile methodology.
- Support application maintenance and application development.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation (one week every six weeks).
- Learn and support COTS products supported by the team.
- Perform analysis, design, and development activities following defined processes.
- Focus on automation, optimization, and continuous improvements.
- Identify gaps and suggest solutions to improve application stability.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must-Have Skills
- 3–8 years of experience in Full Stack .NET development.
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, APIs/Web Services.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Experience with SQL Server.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of SDLC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Azure App Services and Azure Functions.
- Experience working in Agile.
- Understanding of the Life Insurance domain.
