We are currently looking to onboard two Business Development Executives to join our growing team. These individuals will serve as the primary outreach representatives of Nexarion — meeting administrators, principals, HR heads, and decision-makers at schools, colleges, and corporate offices, and facilitating partnerships for our programs and sessions.
Role Overview Visit and build relationships with administrators of schools, colleges, and corporate offices across the region Represent Nexarion in meetings, pitch our programs, and convert prospects into institutional partnerships Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and confirm sessions and engagements Maintain a structured pipeline of leads, follow-ups, and outcomes Contribute actively to the growth of Nexarion’s client network
Who We Are Looking For Graduate or postgraduate students in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, Psychology, or related disciplines Strong interpersonal and communication skills — ability to present confidently and build rapport quickly Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working with a degree of autonomy A genuine interest in education, human development, or the social sector is a plus Freshers are welcome; prior internship or field experience in sales or outreach will be an advantage
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
