Key Responsibilities
HR Manager – Manpower Outsourcing & Compliance
- End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee high-volume recruitment processes for diverse client projects, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
- Onboarding & Deployment: Manage the full onboarding workflow, from documentation and background verification (BGV) to statutory induction and site deployment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to labor laws, PF/ESI regulations, and contractual statutory requirements across all outsourced projects.
- Employee Relations & Retention: Act as the primary HR touchpoint for deployed staff, resolving grievances, managing attendance/payroll queries, and implementing retention strategies.
- Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisals, monitor productivity metrics, and manage disciplinary actions or exit processes for the outsourced workforce.
- Database & Records Management: Maintain accurate employee data, digital personnel files, and leave records within the HRIS or CRM to ensure audit-readiness at all times.
- Client Reporting: Prepare and share regular HR dashboards regarding headcount, attrition, compliance status, and recruitment progress with key stakeholders.
- Policy Implementation: Drive internal HR policies and ensure that outsourced staff are aligned with both company culture and client-specific operational guidelines.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–7 years in Human Resources, specifically within the Staffing, Manpower Outsourcing, or Recruitment Agency industry.
- Statutory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Indian Labor Laws, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and compliance documentation.
- HR Operations: Strong command over payroll processing, attendance management systems, and employee lifecycle management.
- Communication & Empathy: Excellent interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between corporate management, client requirements, and the deployed workforce.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel for payroll/data tracking) and experience in managing HR modules within a CRM or ERP environment.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy in documentation and statutory filings.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client sites for audits, HR clinics, or staff grievance resolution as needed.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
