1. Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc (Computer Science / Information Technology) OR
- BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) OR
- MCA (Master of Computer Applications)
2. Experience:
Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on experience in website administration, web development, or maintaining enterprise-level web portals
Job Description:-
- Website Maintenance Updates: Regularly update the institutional website with daily announcements, circulars, event photos, academic calendars, and departmental news.
- Portal Management: Administer, monitor, and maintain internal web portals (such as student portals, faculty management systems, or admission portals).
- Learning Management System (LMS): Work efficiently with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle) to upload and format content accurately.
- Bug Fixing Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end, back-end, or server-side issues, broken links, and formatting errors reported by users.
- Backup Security: Assist the IT team in scheduling routine website backups, ensuring SSL certificates are up to date, and monitoring the site for security vulnerabilities.
- SEO Analytics: Monitor website traffic and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, providing monthly reports to the management.
- User Support: Assist faculty, staff, and students with technical issues related to portal logins and form submissions.
Technical Skills Required
- Web Languages: Strong foundational knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Back-End Databases: Basic understanding of PHP and MySQL (or equivalent database management systems).
- CMS and LMS Tools: Working knowledge of WordPress, Drupal, or standard institutional CMS / LMS frameworks.
- Design/Media: Basic image editing skills (Photoshop/Canva) to resize and optimize banners and images for the web.
- Hosting Servers: Familiarity with CPanel, FTP clients (like FileZilla), and basic web hosting environments.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential for coordinating content with various departments).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
