The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the MD. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills to manage schedules, meetings, business correspondence, and confidential information efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS reports, and business documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and attend meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
- Draft emails, letters, and official correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Assist in business planning, project coordination, and decision-making processes.
- Maintain records, files, and important company documents.
- Support the MD in daily operational and administrative activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
